目的比较3种不同成分杀蟑胶饵对德国小蠊的适口性差异及其杀灭效果,为合理选择杀蟑胶饵提供可靠的技术指导。方法每个玻璃方箱放50只德国小蠊成虫,雌雄各半,放置食物和水源,正常饲养24 h之后取出食物,保留水源,饥饿处理48 h。然后放入杀蟑胶饵,每种胶饵重复3次,同时设置空白对照;24 h后取出胶饵,计算胶饵的失水率和取食量;采用粘捕法监测施药前后蟑螂密度,用密度下降率评价药效。结果德国小蠊对3种胶饵的24 h校正取食量分别为:A胶饵0.504 7 g、B胶饵0.338 6 g、C胶饵0.138 0 g。适口性由高到低依次为A胶饵(0.60%茚虫威)、B胶饵(0.05%氟虫腈)、C胶饵(2%氟蚁腙)。3种胶饵在居民家庭灭蟑中,30 d后校正密度下降率分别为97.28%、92.33%和85.81%。结论 3种不同成分的杀蟑胶饵在家庭蟑螂防治中均能起到显著的防治效果,且速效性和持效性表现良好,能够作为控制蟑螂侵害的有效药剂。
Abstract:Objective To provide reliable guidance for the selection of gel baits, the palatability and killing effects on Blattella germanica were compared among three gel baits with different ingredients.Methods In each glass square box, total fifty adults Blattella germanica(sex ration 1∶1) were fed with rat chow and water for at least twenty-four hours, and then the food was deprived for forty-eight hours, and finally, the gel baits were applied in the boxes.The test on gel baits were repeated three times, with a blank control set up at the same time.Twenty-four hours later, the gel baits were taken out for the calculating of the water loss rate and bait intake.The density of cockroaches, before and after the gel bait application in field experiments was monitored with stick trap method, and the density reduction rate was used to evaluate the efficacy of different baits.Results The corrected bait intakes of Blattella germanica within 24 h were 0.504 7,0.338 6 and 0.138 0 g for the bait A,B and C respectively.The palatability of gel baits ranked from high to low as A(0.60% indoxacarb),B(0.05% fipronil),C(2% hydramethylnon).In the resident houses, three gel baits displayed significant control effect with the corrected density reduction rates as 97.28%(A),92.33%(B) and 85.81%(C).Conclusion The three gel baits with different ingredients work well in the control of cockroaches in the resident houses with quick and sustained effect.
