2023—2024年宜宾市三带喙库蚊抗药性调查研究

摘要:

目的 调查宜宾市三带喙库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为科学用药提供依据。方法 幼虫采用浸渍法、成蚊采用接触筒法,测定蚊虫对不同杀虫剂的抗性水平。结果 宜宾市三带喙库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、残杀威、马拉硫磷的抗性倍数为5.00~1 051.20,抗性水平分别是低抗、中抗、高抗和高抗,毒死蜱和吡虫啉对三带喙库蚊幼虫半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.426 mg/L和0.632 mg/L;成蚊对不同杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性,死亡率在0~51.85%。结论 宜宾市三带喙库蚊已形成多药抗性,建议建立杀虫剂有效的监管体系和药剂轮换机制,科学合理使用杀虫剂,延缓抗药性的发展。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to commonly used insecticides in Yibin, so as to provide a scientific basis for scientific use of insecticide. Methods The larval immersion method and adult contact tube method were employed to determine the resistance levels of mosquitoes to different insecticides. Results The resistance ratios of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus larvae to deltamethrin, permethrin, propoxur, and malathion were from 5.00 to 1 051.20, with resistance levels classified as low, moderate, high, and high, respectively. The LC50 values for chlorpyrifos and imidacloprid were 0.426 mg/L and 0.632 mg/L, respectively. Adult mosquitoes demonstrated varying degrees of resistance to different insecticides, with mortality rates ranging from 0 to 51.85%. Conclusion Cx. tritaeniorhynchus has developed multi-insecticide resistance in Yibin. It is recommended to establish an effective insecticide regulatory system and a rotation mechanism, as well as to promote the scientific and rational use of insecticides to delay the development of resistance.
