4种制剂中联苯菊酯的测定方法及其验证

摘要:

目的建立一种准确、可靠的方法测定4种制剂中联苯菊酯的含量。方法利用气相色谱法,采用内标的方法对4种制剂(悬浮剂、微乳剂、微囊悬浮剂、水乳剂)中的联苯菊酯进行定量分析。结果这4种制剂测定的精密度的相对标准偏差为0.3%~1.2%,根据修改的Horwits公式进行评价,皆符合要求。平均回收率为98.4%~99.7%。5%联苯菊酯微乳剂、5%联苯菊酯悬浮剂、10%联苯菊酯微囊悬浮剂和2.5%联苯菊酯水乳剂其重复性限r分别为0.07%、0.09%、0.13%和0.10%,再现性限R分别为0.10%、0.09%、0.14%和0.10%。结论此方法简单、易操作、分离度好、准确度高、重复性及再现性强,可作为相关标准方法进行推荐使用。

Abstract:

Objective To establish an accurate and reliable method for the determination of bifenthrin in 4 formulations.Methods The internal standard method with gas chromatography was used for the quantitative analysis of bifenthrin in 4 formulations(suspension agent, microemulsion, microcapsule suspension agent, water emulsion).Results The relative standard deviations of the precision of the four formulations were between 0.3% and 1.2%,which met the requirements according to the modified horwits formula.The average recovery rates ranged from 98.4% to 99.7%.The repeatability limits(r)of 5% bifenthrin microemulsion, 5% bifenthrin suspension agent, 10% bifenthrin microcapsule suspension agent and 2.5% bifenthrin water emulsion were respectively 0.07%,0.09%,0.13% and 0.10%,and the reproducibility limits(R)were respectively 0.10%,0.09%,0.14% and 0.10%.Conclusion The method has several characteristics, such as simple operation, good separation degree, high accuracy, high repeatability and reproducibility, and can be recommended as a method for relative standards.
