上海市宝山区2018年3例本地感染登革热病例疫点伊蚊控制及效果评价

摘要:

目的对3例本地感染登革热病例疫点伊蚊控制方法和效果进行评价,分析得失,以利于今后改进登革热疫点伊蚊控制工作。方法对2018年宝山区发生的3例本地感染登革热疫点开展包括环境治理、孳生地控制、空间喷洒和滞留喷洒等在内的综合治理措施,并对伊蚊控制工作开展效果进行了评价。结果宝山区淞南镇2018年8月1日、8月7日、8月9日连续发生3例本地感染Ⅰ型登革热病例,经采取快速杀灭成蚊、孳生地控制、健康宣教和健康促进等综合性蚊虫控制措施,双层叠帐法白纹伊蚊成蚊指数从控制前最高的3.50~4.67只/h,至疫点控制结束前连续控制在0~0.50只/h;布雷图指数BI从控制前10~20,到连续2周控制在5以下。根据《上海市登革热防控工作方案》于9月19日终止疫点应急响应。结论有序、规范、有效地采取灭蚊、健康教育和健康促进为主的综合性伊蚊控制措施,可有效降低白纹伊蚊密度,进而控制登革热疫情。

Abstract:

Objective To improve the future control measures towards Aedes albopictus at the epidemic sites,evaluating current control measures and effects of three local occurred dengue fever inflection cases,and analyzing gain and loss.Methods Integrated control measures,including environment management,breeding grounds control,omni-bearing spray and retentive spray were carried out at the epidemic sites of three local occurred dengue fever infection cases in Baoshan District in 2018,and the control effects of Aedes albopictus was evaluated.Results There were three dengue type I infection cases occurred in Songnan Town,Baoshan District on August 1 st,7 th and 9 th in 2018.Integrated mosquito control measures including killing adult Aedes albopictus rapidly,controlling breeding grounds control and promoting health education were implemented.Adults Aedes albopictus index by double-layer net method decreased from the peak of 3.50-4.67 insects per hour before control to 0-0.50 insects per hour,and kept continuously till the end of the work.Bretton index(BI) decreased from 10-20 before the measure to less than 5,lasting for two weeks.According to "Shanghai Work Programme for Dengue Fever Prevention and Control",the emergency response to the epidemic was terminated on September 19 th.Conclusion Carrying out integrated Aedes albopictus control measures in order normatively and effectively,which mainly including killing mosquito,health education and promotion,will decrease the density of Aedes albopictus significantly and control the epidemic of dengue fever successfully.
