2016年和2017年盐城市盐都区城乡蚊虫种群密度监测

摘要:

目的分析2016年和2017年盐都区内蚊类种群构成、月份消长和不同环境蚊种数量等情况,为防蚊、灭蚊和相关传染病的防控提供科学依据。方法成蚊监测采用灯诱法和人帐诱法,幼虫监测采用布雷图法。采用描述性研究的方法对盐都区城乡周边蚊媒监测数据进行流行病学分析。结果盐都区的蚊虫种类以淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊和中华按蚊为主,两年合计捕获量淡色库蚊占42.4%,三带喙库蚊占28.5%,按蚊占26.6%;农村监测到的蚊虫数量远高于城区,差异有统计学意义,各生境中湿地公园捕获数量最多,占56.5%;两年的8月份蚊虫捕获数量均最多;盐都区上半夜户外活动的蚊虫种类主要是中华按蚊,且22:00左右为活动高峰;6—8月份农村地区布雷图指数大于10,存在中度登革热传播风险。结论盐都区城区的蚊密度总体控制较好,维持在较低水平,但农村地区的蚊虫数量较多,应加强监测,开展宣教和消杀工作,在蚊媒密度高峰来临前的5、6月份开展灭蚊工作,效果较好。

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the population structure,seasonal changes of mosquitoes in different areas in 2016 and 2017 in Yandu District,and provide the basic strategies for mosquito comprehensive prevention and control.Methods Adult mosquitoes were captured with light-trap and the baited net trap,and larvae were with the Breteau method. The monitoring data of mosquito vector in urban and rural areas were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results The species of mosquitoes were mainly Culex pipiens pallens,Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Anopheles sinensis in Yandu District. The two years of monitoring data showed that Culex pipiens pallens accounted for 42. 4%,Culex tritaeniorhynchus accounted for 28. 5%,and Anopheles sinensis accounted for 26. 6%. The number of mosquitoes monitored in rural areas was much higher than that in urban areas. The mosquitoes were mostly captured in wet land parks,accounting for 56. 5%. The density peak of mosquitoes appeared in August. Anopheles sinensis was the active species in the middle of the night in Yandu District,especially at 22 o'clock. With Breteau index larger than 10 in rural areas in June-August,there was a moderate risk of dengue spreading. Conclusion The mosquito density was controlled and maintained at a relatively low level in Yandu District,and mosquitoes were mainly distributed in rural areas,suggesting reinforce surveillance and strengthen healthy education should be taken before the peak of mosquito density in May-June.
