2011—2016年厦门市蚊媒传染病登革热和疟疾疫情分析

摘要:

目的了解厦门市蚊媒传染病登革热和疟疾流行病学情况,为厦门市开展蚊媒传染病防治提供科学依据。方法从传染病报告信息管理系统中收集蚊媒传染病登革热、疟疾发病资料,分析2011—2016年厦门市蚊媒传染病病例流行病学特征。结果 6年间厦门市共报告登革热33例,疟疾37例,均为确诊病例和输入性病例,无其他蚊媒传染病报告。蚊媒传染病发病季节总体趋势呈双峰分布。登革热病例输入地为东南亚26例(78.79%)、南亚3例(9.09%),东亚3例(9.09%),西亚1例(3.03%);疟疾输入地为非洲27例(72.97%)、东南亚6例(18.18%)、南亚3例(9.09%)、东亚1例(2.70%);疟疾病例分型,恶性疟23例(62.16%)、间日疟11例(29.73%)、卵型疟1例(0.70%)、未分型2例(5.40%)。蚊媒传染病(登革热、疟疾)男女比为3.67∶1。职业分布以出国务工/援外人员最多(21.43%)。年龄分布以青壮年为主,21~50岁占总病例数的85.71%。结论厦门市无本土蚊媒传染病病例报告,登革热病例的输入地主要是东南亚;疟疾病例的输入地主要是非洲,主要以恶性疟为主;输入病例主要集中在出国务工/援外人员的中青年男性。

Abstract:

Objective To clarify the prevalence and characteristics of mosquito-borne diseases of Xiamen City and provide reference for prevention and control work.Methods The data of dengue fever and malaria in Xiamen City from 2011 to 2016 were collected from China information system for disease control and prevention(CISDCP) for exploring the epidemiological characteristics.Results From 2011 to 2016,33 cases of dengue fever and 37 cases of malaria had been reported altogether,and all these cases were imported and confirmed using laboratory diagnosis.The seasonal distribution for the cases of mosquito-borne diseases showed a bimodal curve.For the dengue fever disease,26 cases(accounting for 78.79% of all the cases) were from Southeast Asian countries,3(9.09%) from South Asian countries,3(9.09%) from East Asian countries,and 1(3.03%) from a West Asian country.For the malaria disease,27 cases(72.97%) were African countries,6(accounting for 18.18% of all the cases) from Southeast Asian countries,3(9.09%) from South Asian countries,and 1(2.70%) from an East Asian country.There were 23 cases(62.16%) of falciparum malaria,11(29.73%) vivax malaria,1( 2.70%) of ovale malaria,and 2(5.40%) of undifferentiated.For all the mosquito-borne cases,the male/female ratio was 3.67∶1,the migrant workers and foreign aid workers accounted for the highest proportion of all cases(21.43%),and the patients aged 21 to 50 accounted for 85.71% of all the cases.Conclusion All the mosquito-borne cases were imported from abroad.Most of the dengue fever cases were imported from Southeast Asian countries,and most of the malaria cases were from Africa countries.The majority of malaria cases were falciparum malaria cases.Young and middle-aged males in the migrant workers and foreign aid workers were at the highest-risk.
