目的了解许昌市白纹伊蚊抗药性现状,合理地使用杀虫剂,为防治登革热、寨卡病毒病等虫媒传染病提供科学依据。方法幼虫浸渍法。结果 2014年许昌市1 680只白纹伊蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、双硫磷的LD50值分别为2.647 8、1.445 3、5.830 2、1.504 1μg/L,抗性倍数分别为3.0、4.1、3.0、0.9倍。本次抗药性试验抗性等级高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯为低抗,双硫磷为敏感。结论许昌市白纹伊蚊幼虫对4种常用杀虫剂处于低抗或敏感水平,应轮替使用杀虫剂,延缓抗药性的发生。
Abstract:Objective To understand the resistance of Aedes albopictus larvae to commonly used insecticides in Xuchang City. Methods The method for dipping of larva was used. Results The LD50 values of cypermethrin,deltamethrin,permethrin and temephos to Aedes albopictus larva were 2. 647 8,1. 445 3,5. 830 2,1. 504 1 μg/L,indicating that Aedes albopictus larva developed 3. 0,4. 1,3. 0 and 0. 9 folds resistance to the insecticides.Conclusion The resistances of Aedes albopictus larvae to the four insecticides were at low level in Xuchang.It is necessary to use insecticides reasonably to delay the development of resistance.
