攀枝花市2015年白纹伊蚊监测分析

摘要:

目的了解攀枝花市登革热媒介白纹伊蚊幼虫和成蚊密度的季节性消长规律,为指导登革热的防控提供科学依据。方法在6-10月的每月中旬对监测点进行现场监测,采用布雷图指数(BI)、容器指数(CI)、房屋指数(HI)监测白纹伊蚊幼虫密度,采用双层叠帐法监测白纹伊蚊成蚊密度。结果攀枝花市每月均监测到白纹伊蚊幼虫和成蚊,季节性消长明显,呈单峰型,峰值在8月(BI=51.82、CI=21.51、HI=30.45),叮咬指数为25.67只/(人·h)。结论攀枝花市白纹伊蚊种群密度较高,存在登革热流行的潜在危险,应加强监测和环境整治以及开展健康教育等工作,预防病原输入而引起暴发流行。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the density and seasonal fluctuation of dengue vector,Aedes albopictus,in Panzhihua City,and provide the scientific evidence for mosquito control. Methods On-site monitoring was conducted in the middle of each month from June to October. Aedes albopictus larva and adults densities were monitored by BI,CI,HI. Results The densities of Aedes albopictus larvae and adults changed significantly with seasons,showed unimodal type,and the peak appeared in August( BI = 51. 82,CI = 21. 51,HI = 30. 45). Biting index was 25. 67 sucking per person for one hour. Conclusion Aedes albopictus population density was high in Panzhihua City,indicating the potential risk of dengue fever epidemic. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and environmental regulation and carry out health education work.
