布鲁氏菌病为人畜共患变态反应性传染病,在全世界广泛流行。本文从病原学、流行病学、发病机理与病理改变、临床表现、实验室检查、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗以及预防控制等方面报道了布鲁氏菌病的研究现状,为该病的防治提供依据。
Abstract：Brucellosis is a zoonotic allergic infectious disease, which is popular all over the world.This paper reports the current research status of brucellosis from the aspects of etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis and pathological changes, clinical manifestations, laboratory examination, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prevention and control, and provides the basis for the prevention and treatment of brucellosis.
