目的了解上海市金山区德国小蠊对乙酰甲胺磷、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威这4种常用杀虫剂的敏感性,为指导科学合理用药提供依据。方法在金山区某农贸市场大量采集德国小蠊成虫,带回实验室饲养1代,选择羽化后23周的健康雄性成虫。用WHO推荐的药膜法,测定德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的敏感性,获得德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的半数击倒时间(KT50)及其95%置信区间(95%CI)评价其抗药性程度。结果德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威、乙酰甲胺磷这4种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,抗性倍数(R/S)分别为8.07、9.98、2.59、1.39。德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯类杀虫剂产生中度的抗药性;对残杀威、乙酰甲胺磷类杀虫剂产生低度抗性。结论金山区德国小蠊对4种杀虫剂产生不同的抗药性,应注意轮换使用杀虫剂和改换使用方式。同时应加强对辖区内德国小蠊的抗药性监测,了解抗药程度和地域范围,采取相应的防治策略。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the susceptibility of Blattella germanica to four commonly used insecticides in Jinshan District of Shanghai,and provide a scientific basis for proper use of insecticides. Methods The insecticide film contact method recommended by the WHO was employed to determine the susceptibility of B. germanica to commonly used insecticides,and the median knockdown time( KT50) and corresponding 95% confidence interval( 95% CI) were calculated to evaluate the resistance levels. Results The resistance rates of B. germanica to betacypermethrin,deltamethrin,propoxur and acephate were respectively 8. 07,9. 98,2. 59,and 1. 39. B. germanica developed moderate resistance to beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin,low resistance to propoxur and acephate.Conclusion B. germanica in Jinshan District of Shanghai developed different degrees of resistance to four insecticides.
