目的掌握镇江口岸蚊类的种群和季节消长情况,为开展口岸媒介生物控制和卫生监督工作提供科学依据。方法采用人帐诱捕法,定点、定人、定时在3个不同生态环境点上进行诱捕,从2004年5月~2005年4月进行、每旬监测一次。结果本次调查共捕获成蚊2 877只,密度为26.64只/帐.人工小时,蚊虫经鉴定为4属9种,其中淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,其次为三带喙库蚊。镇江口岸3月下旬开始出现蚊虫,7月达到最高峰,9月以后密度下降,11月底蚊虫消失。结论随着长江口岸不断开发利用,生态环境正在变化,蚊类种群、密度和季节消长将随之变化,应加强蚊类的监测和控制,尤其是加强对外来蚊种和新发现蚊种的监测和控制。

Abstract:

Objective To reveal population and seasonal growth and decay of mosquitoes in the ports of Zhenjiang area so as to provide scientific evidence for the biological control of insect vectors in ports and for the monitoring of sanitation.Methods Selecting the method of net-trapping.Mosquitoes were captured at fixed time and locations by fixed persons.Three different ecological environments were involved,and the monitoring took place every ten days form May 2004 to April 2005.Results For this research,altogether 2 877 mature mosquitoes were captured with a density of 26.64 per net per hour,and could be categorized into 4 genus and 9 species,among which the majority were Culex pipens pallens,with Culex tritaeniorhynchus second to them.Mosquitoes appeared in late March in the ports of Zhenjiang area,and the maximum occured in July,then in September,the density tended to decline,finally,they completely disappeared in November.Conclusion With constant development of the Yangtze River ports,the mosquito population,density and seasonal growth and decay were changing with ecological environments.Therefore mosquitoes monitoring and controlling,especially newly discovered species should be reinforced.
