中华卫生杀虫药械

目的研究呋虫胺对德国小蠊的杀灭药效。方法参照国标GB/T 13917-2009《农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价》研究呋虫胺对德国小蠊的杀灭药效。结果 40%呋虫胺可溶粒剂160 mg ai/m2对德国小蠊滞留喷洒药效较好,72 h死亡率均达到70%以上。0.5%呋虫胺胶饵对德国小蠊室内药效LT50是0.6d,第11天死亡率为100%;对德国小蠊模拟现场试验LT50是0.5 d,第5天死亡率为100%。结论呋虫胺对德国小蠊具有触杀和胃毒活性,对德国小蠊具有较好的防治效果。

Objective To test the efficacy of dinotefuran against Blattella germanica. Methods The efficacy of dinotefuran against Blattella germanica was evaluated according to GB/T 13917-2009( Laboratory efficacy test methods and criterions of public health insecticides for pesticide registration). Results Dinotefuran 40% soluble granule( SG) held remarkable control effects on Blattella germanica when residual sprayed at the dose of 160 mg ai/m2,the mortality reached 70% within 72 h.The LT50 of 0. 5% dinotefuran bait on Blattella germanica was 0. 6 day in the laboratory,and the 11 th day mortality rate was 100%.In the simulated field test,the LT50 of 0. 5% dinotefuran bait on Blattella germanica was 0. 5 day,and the fifth day mortality rate was 100%. Conclusion Dinotefuran 40% SG and0. 5% dinotefuran bait showed excellent insecticidal contact toxicity and stomach poisoning activity against Blattella germanica.
