目的 了解和掌握沈阳市蝇类密度、种群分布和季节消长,以及家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性,为防治工作提供参考。方法 蝇类密度监测采用笼诱法;家蝇抗药性监测采用点滴法。结果 2021年沈阳市蝇类监测共捕获蝇类3 292只,蝇类平均密度为11.67只/(笼·h);丝光绿蝇、厩腐蝇和麻蝇为优势种,分别占总数的44.20%、21.78%和18.80%;不同生境蝇密度不同,最大为绿化带,最小为餐饮外环境;蝇密度动态呈单峰型曲线,峰值在7月。溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏和残杀威对家蝇的LD50值分别为0.014、0.048和8.804μg/♀,家蝇对溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏和残杀威抗性倍数分别为23.33、4.21、30.36倍。结论 蝇类防治应采取综合防治的策略,将蝇类密度控制在较低水平,以减少危害。
Abstract:Objective To understand the population density, distribution and seasonal fluctuation of flies and the resistance of Musca domestica to commonly used insecticides in Shenyang, and to provide reference for the control work.Methods Cage traps were used to monitor the density of flies, the topical application method was used for insecticide resistance test.Results A total of 3 292 flies were captured in Shenyang in 2021,with an average density of 11.67 flies per cage in an hour.Lucilia sericata,Muscina stabulans and Sarcophagus were the dominant species, accounting for 44.20%,21.78% and 18.80%.The fly densities were different in different habitats, the highest was in the green belts and the lowest was in outside dining environment.The dynamics of flies density showed a unimodal curve, with a peak in July.The LD50s of deltamethrin, DDVP and propoxur to Musca domestica were 0.014, 0.048 and 8.804 μg/♀ respectively, showing 23.33,4.21 and 30.36 folds resistance developed in Musca domestica to the three insecticides.Conclusion Comprehensive control strategies should be adopted to control the fly density at a low level to reduce the harm.
