目的了解连云港蟑螂侵害及其抗药性发生、发展情况。方法蟑螂侵害调查采用粘捕法,诱饵为鲜面包;抗药性测定采用药膜法。结果捕获的蟑螂全部为德国小蠊,全年均有活动,高峰期为4-10月,最高出现在4月,为8.6只/张。餐饮和医院蟑螂密度较高,分别为6.6和4.1只/张。连云港德国小蠊对残杀威、高效氯氰菊酯和乙酰甲胺磷的抗性系数分别为1.8、38.2和6.0。结论德国小蠊是连云港地区的优势种群,若虫占比例高。全年均有活动,高峰出现在4-10月。以餐饮、医院侵害较重,是防控的重点。连云港德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷呈中等以上程度的抗性,对残杀威较为敏感。
Abstract:Objective To understand the roach disoperation and the occurrence and development of its resistance in Lianyungang. Methods The sticky trap method was used to investigate the cockroach disoperation with the sweet bread bait,the sensitive layer was applied to examine its resistance. Results All captured cockroaches were Blattella germanica,they could live all year round in Lianyungang,and the peak of activity period was from April to October,the highest peak in April for 8. 6 pieces per one paste-paper. The density of the cockroach in catering and hospitals was higher than other areas,with 6. 6 pieces and 4. 1 pieces per one paste-paper respectively. The resistance coefficient to propoxur,beta-cypermethrin and acephate was 1. 8,38. 2 and 6. 0 respectively. Conclusion The Blattella germanica are the priority species groups with high proportion nymphs in Lianyungang. The Blattella germanica can live all year round with high peaks between April to October. The catering and hospitals are the key areas for prevention and treatment. The Blattella germanica is middle resistance to propoxur,beta-cypermethrin and acephate,and they are quite sensitive to propoxur.
