中华卫生杀虫药械

目的了解各种市售蟑螂胶饵对德国小蠊与美洲大蠊的杀灭效果,为指导现场防治提供科学依据。方法参照国家标准(GB/T 13917.7-2009)进行药效测定、适口性实验。结果 6种市售蟑螂胶饵中有1种杀虫效果较差,其余胶饵7 d内均能杀灭90%以上试虫,各种胶饵适口性均良好。结论大部分市售蟑螂胶饵性能良好。同一胶饵对德国小蠊与美洲大蠊的杀灭效果有明显区别,主要表现为美洲大蠊摄食量更大,LT50、LT95也更长。在实际使用中还要考虑蟑螂抗性与虫种特性等问题,建议轮换使用不同主要成分的毒饵,及时补充消耗毒饵等才能有效地达到防治目的。

Objective To understand the control efficacy and palatability of commercially available cockroach gel baits against Blattella germanica and Periplaneta american. Methods The experiment method was based on national standard( GB / T 13917. 7- 2009). Results Among the six commercially available cockroach gel baits tested,five of them showed good effects with the killing rated more than 90% on the 7th day after treatment,the remain one displayed poor. All kinds of gel bait possessed good palatability. Conclusion Most commercially available cockroach gel baits can control cockroaches better.
