2022—2023年长沙市白纹伊蚊及致倦库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性调查

摘要:

目的 了解2022—2023年长沙市白纹伊蚊、致倦库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性现况,为杀虫剂的合理使用提供数据支撑和科学依据。方法 幼虫:采用浸渍法,其中对吡丙醚抗药性试验采用昆虫生长调节剂抗药性测定方法。成蚊:采用接触筒法。结果 2022年长沙市白纹伊蚊成蚊对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯表现为抗药性,24 h死亡率分别为79.63%、76.64%;对高效氯氰菊酯、马拉硫磷为可能抗药性,24 h死亡率分别为88.24%、91.96%;对杀螟硫磷、残杀威表现为敏感,24 h死亡率分别为98.26%及98.45%。白纹伊蚊幼蚊对吡丙醚表现为高抗,对双硫磷及残杀威表现为低抗,抗性倍数分别为51.89、7.69和9.12。2023年长沙市致倦库蚊成蚊对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯及马拉硫磷表现为抗药性,死亡率分别为0.00%、0.97%、0.93%、21.30%。对残杀威为可能抗药性,死亡率为96.32%。致倦库蚊幼蚊对溴氰菊酯表现为高抗,抗性倍数为54.62,对高效氯氰菊酯表现为中抗,抗性倍数为17.63,对敌敌畏表现为低抗,抗性倍数为9.32。结论 长沙市白纹伊蚊、致倦库蚊对多种常用杀虫剂产生了抗药性,蚊虫防治中应根据抗药性情况制定科学的用药策略。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the resistance levels of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus to commonly used insecticides in Changsha from 2022 to 2023, and to provide scientific basis for the rational use of insecticides. Methods The test were measured using larval dip method, insect growth regulator resistance test, and the WHO tube method. Results In 2022, adult Aedes albopictus mosquitoes in Changsha City developed resistance to permethrin and deltamethrin, the 24-hour mortality rates were 79.63% and 76.64%, and developed possible resistance to beta-cypermethrin and malathion, the 24-hour mortality rates were 88.24% and 91.96%,showed sensitivity to fenitrothion and propoxur, the 24-hour mortality rates were 98.26% and 98.45%.The Aedes albopictus larvae showed high resistance to pyriproxyfen and low resistance to temephos and propoxur, with resistance ratio of 51.89, 7.69 and 9.12, respectively.In 2023, adult mosquitoes of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in Changsha City developed resistance to permethrin, deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, and malathion, with mortality rates of 0.00%, 0.97%, 0.93%, 21.30%,respectively, and developed possible resistance to propoxur, with mortality rates of 96.32%.Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus larvae exhibited high resistance to deltamethrin, with resistance ratio of 54.62,exhibited moderate resistance to beta-cypermethrin, with resistance ratio of 17.63,exhibited low resistance to DDVP,with resistance ratio of 9.32. Conclusion The Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatusin Changsha showed resistance to a variety of insecticides, so scientific application strategies should be formulated according to the resistance situation.
