目的了解0. 005%溴敌隆毒饵对家栖鼠类的杀灭效果。方法在投药前采用粉迹法调查鼠密度,投放溴敌隆毒饵第21天后,在试验区采用粉迹法进行灭后鼠密度调查。根据灭前、灭后鼠密度,计算出该次试验的灭鼠效果。结果试验区粉迹法灭前鼠密度为28. 23%,灭后平均鼠密度为0. 79%,总体灭鼠率为97. 20%。在教工食堂、学生食堂、对外公寓的鼠密度分别从灭前的48. 94%、21. 30%、28. 95%下降到灭后的0,密度下降率为100%,对外餐厅的灭鼠率为81. 98%。结论采用第二代抗凝血剂溴敌隆配制毒饵,可有效地控制鼠害,降低鼠密度。

Objective To observe the killing effect of 0. 005% bromadiolone poison bait on home murines. Methods Powder-trace method was adopted to investigate home murine density at before and on the 21 st day after the application of the baits. Results The average murine density at test area was 28. 23% before the application of baits,and 0. 79% after the application,showing the deratization of 97. 20%. The densities of rats in staff canteen,student canteen and apartments were 48. 94%,21. 30% and 28. 95% before controlling,they all became to be 0 after application. The rat control effect in dining rooms was 81. 98%. Conclusion 0. 005% bromadiolone baits showed good mouse control effect.
