2016年成都市登革热媒介白纹伊蚊监测分析

摘要:

目的掌握成都市登革热媒介白纹伊蚊幼虫和成蚊密度的季节性消长规律,为登革热媒介防控提供依据。方法在3—11月的每月中旬对监测点进行现场监测,采用容器指数(CI)、房屋指数(HI)、布雷图指数(BI)监测白纹伊蚊幼虫密度,采用双层叠帐法监测白纹伊蚊成蚊密度。结果 2016年成都市除3月外,每月均监测到白纹伊蚊幼虫,季节性消长明显,呈单峰型,峰值在7月(CI=7.10、HI=7.04、BI=9.46),叮咬指数为5.93只/(人·h)。结论成都市白纹伊蚊分布广泛,密度较高,存在登革热流行的潜在危险,应加强密度监测和环境综合治理,并开展健康教育等工作,预防输入性病例引起本地暴发流行。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the density and seasonal fluctuation of dengue vector,Aedes albopictus,in Chengdu City,and provide scientific evidence for mosquito control. Methods On-site monitoring was conducted in the middle of each month from March to November. Aedes albopictus larvae and adults densities were monitored by CI,HI,BI and doubles tack mosquito curtain. Results The larvaes of Aedes albopictus were monitored every month from March to November in 2016,the densities of Aedes albopictus larvae and adults changed significantly with seasons,showed unimodal type,and the peak appeared in July( CI = 7. 10,HI = 7. 04,BI = 9. 46). Biting index was 5. 93 insects per person for one hour. Conclusion Aedes albopictus population density was high in Chengdu City,indicating the potential risk of dengue fever epidemic. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and environmental regulation and carry out health education work.
