目的测定氯虫苯甲酰胺和联苯菊酯对台湾乳白蚁的药效并进行对比。方法采用NY/T1153.3-2006的实验方法。结果氯虫苯甲酰胺在低浓度时(<10 mg/L),对台湾乳白蚁未表现出接触毒性,而联苯菊酯即使在低浓度时仍具有一定的接触毒性。在浓度较高时(>20 mg/L),氯虫苯甲酰胺和联苯菊酯对台湾乳白蚁的接触毒性差别不大,48 h KC50分别为20.11和16.25 mg/L。氯虫苯甲酰胺对台湾乳白蚁无驱避性,而联苯菊酯在干土浓度高于8 mg/kg时有驱避性,氯虫苯甲酰胺干土浓度高于8 mg/kg时,对台湾乳白蚁有防治效果,联苯菊酯干土浓度高于2 mg/kg时,即对台湾乳白蚁有防治效果。结论氯虫苯甲酰胺是一种有潜力的白蚁防治药物。

Objective To determinate and compare the efficacy of chlorantraniliprole and bifenthrin against Coptotermes formosanus.Methods According to NY/T1153.3-2006.Results At lower concentraions(<10 mg/L),chlorantraniliprole was less toxic to Coptotermes formosanus at 48 h post-treatment than bifenthrin.Nevertheless,at higher concentrations(>20 mg/L),contact toxicity of chlorantrainiliprole to Coptotermes formosanus was close to that of bifenthrin.48 h KC50 was 20.11 and 16.25 mg/L respectively.Chlorantrainiliprole demonstrated non-repellent properties while bifenthrin demonstrated repellent properties over the concentration of 8 mg/kg in dry soil.Cholrantrainilipore was able to stop termite soil penetration at concentration>8 mg/kg while bifenthrin could prevent termite tunneling activity at a lower concentration(2 mg/kg).Conclusion Chlorantrainiliprole shows to be a highly promising termiticide.
