目的观察气体灭蚊工程现场对蚊虫的控制效果,探索评价气体灭蚊工程现场控制蚊虫效果的实验方法。方法在三种环境放置气体灭蚊工程,在不同时间内,用人工小时法和人诱法,观察捕蚊效果和测定密度下降率。结果在地下车库和外环境以淡色库蚊为主的二种环境,使用气体灭蚊工程4 d后,人工小时法和人诱法测定,蚊虫密度下降率达到90%以上,在以白纹伊蚊为优势种的轮胎集中堆放场所,气体灭蚊工程的效果虽然低于其他2个场所,但在连续使用47 d后,白纹伊蚊密度下降率达到50%以上,与对照组相比,RPI值波动50左右。从捕获的蚊虫性别分析,气体灭蚊工程捕获的蚊虫均为雌性蚊虫。结论气体灭蚊工程对蚊虫有较好的诱捕作用,作为一种环保型的灭蚊工具,既适合于各种环境的灭蚊,又可作监测蚊虫密度的较理想的工具。
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the field trapping mosquito efficiency of mosquito magnet and study on the test methods of mosquito magnet in field.Methods Putting a mosquito magnet in three environment(basement-carport,viresence and tyre piling-up),using men-hour and men-trapping methods at different time to evaluate the result.Results After using mosquito magnet in basement-carport and viresence for four days,the Culex pipiens pallens density was decreased 90% by men-hour and men-trapping methods,mosquito magnet in tyre piling-up the density decreased ratio of Aedes albopictus was although lower than basement-carport and viresence,but after using mosquito magnet for four to seven days,Aedes albopictus density was decreased over 50%,RPI was lower than 50.During the experience,the captured Culex pallpans and Aedes albopictus were female.Conclusion Mosquito magnet have a continuously good effect on trapping mosquito and it doesn't pollute environment.It might be used at various condition to control mosquito and it is a suitable tool for surveying density of mosquito.
